Cancellation & Modification Policy
In order to maintain our low prices for all guests, we apply a consistent cancellation policy:
Modification Fee: 50.- CHF per change.
More than 6 days before departure: 90% refund, 10% fee applies.
Between 5 and 3 days before departure: 50% of the total price will be refunded.
Less than 48 hours, (2-0 days) notice: 100% cancellation fee applies (no refund).
Special Rates
The child rate applies to children aged 4 to 12 years (inclusive). Children under 4 years old are considered infants; the rate is 15 CHF. Please note that booster seats and baby seats are not provided.
Prohibitions
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the bus.
Pets/Animals are not allowed on the bus.
Payment
Swisstours Voyages accepts credit card payments with no additional bank fees.
Liability
Swisstours Voyages declines all responsibility for damages caused by delays, cancellations, or any missed connections with other modes of transport. Consequently, it will not cover any resulting costs or consequences.
The law applicable to the transport contract determines other cases where the carrier is exempt from liability. The transport contract, as well as the carrier’s civil liability, are subject to the laws of the country of the carrier who actually performed the transport.
Luggage is transported at the passengers’ own risk throughout the journey. Small parcels, coats, blankets, umbrellas, cameras, and all other hand luggage are carried under the full responsibility of the traveler.
