Cancellation & Modification Policy

To keep fares low for all our customers, we apply a fair and strict cancellation policy: Any request to modify or cancel a booking will incur an administrative fee of CHF 50 per file, regardless of the reason for the request. No modification, cancellation, or refund request will be accepted once the date and time shown on the ticket have passed.

On Board

For the comfort and respect of all passengers, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on board the coaches. Animals are not allowed on board, except for assistance dogs in accordance with applicable regulations.

Payment

Swisstours accepts credit card payments with no additional bank fees.

Liability

Swisstours Transport SA makes every effort to ensure the proper operation of its services. However, the company cannot be held liable for delays, cancellations, route changes, loss, damage, accidents, or other irregularities resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including traffic, weather conditions, force majeure, mechanical breakdown, or the fault or negligence of a third party.

Swisstours disclaims all responsibility for damages caused by delays, cancellation of a service, or missed connections with any other means of transport. As a result, it will not cover any related costs or other consequences. The applicable law governing the transport contract determines any other cases in which the carrier is released from liability. The transport contract, as well as the carrier’s civil liability, are subject to the laws of the country of the carrier that actually performed the transport. Baggage carried is at the passengers’ own risk throughout the journey. Small parcels, coats, blankets, umbrellas, cameras, and any other hand luggage remain entirely under the passenger’s responsibility.
