Children <b data-path-to-node=\"1\" data-index-in-node=\"76\">under 4 years old<\/b> are considered infants; the rate is <b data-path-to-node=\"1\" data-index-in-node=\"130\">15 CHF<\/b>. Please note that booster seats and baby seats are <b data-path-to-node=\"1\" data-index-in-node=\"188\">not provided<\/b>.<\/p>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"3\">Prohibitions<\/h2>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"4\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"4,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Smoking<\/b> is strictly prohibited on the bus.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"4,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Pets\/Animals<\/b> are not allowed on the bus.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"6\">Payment<\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">Swisstours Voyages accepts <b data-path-to-node=\"7\" data-index-in-node=\"27\">credit card payments<\/b> with no additional bank fees.<\/p>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"9\">Liability<\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10\">Swisstours Voyages declines all responsibility for damages caused by <b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"69\">delays, cancellations<\/b>, or any <b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"99\">missed connections<\/b> with other modes of transport. Consequently, it will not cover any resulting costs or consequences.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11\">The law applicable to the transport contract determines other cases where the carrier is exempt from liability. The transport contract, as well as the carrier&#8217;s civil liability, are subject to the <b data-path-to-node=\"11\" data-index-in-node=\"197\">laws of the country<\/b> of the carrier who actually performed the transport.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12\"><b data-path-to-node=\"12\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Luggage<\/b> is transported at the passengers&#8217; own risk throughout the journey.
