However, the company cannot be held liable for delays, cancellations, route changes, loss, damage, accidents, or other irregularities resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including traffic, weather conditions, force majeure, mechanical breakdown, or the fault or negligence of a third party.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:align-top\">Swisstours disclaims all responsibility for damages caused by delays, cancellation of a service, or missed connections with any other means of transport. As a result, it will not cover any related costs or other consequences.\nThe applicable law governing the transport contract determines any other cases in which the carrier is released from liability. The transport contract, as well as the carrier\u2019s civil liability, are subject to the laws of the country of the carrier that actually performed the transport.\nBaggage carried is at the passengers\u2019 own risk throughout the journey.
